Job Description
Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Location: Onsite; Milford CT
- Employment Type: FullTime Direct Hire
Summary
Our client is seeking a Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team! Whether you are new to the insurance industry or a seasoned agent this is a laidback peoplefirst workplace that offers flexibility worklife balance and a familyfriendly environment. Responsibilities

Assist clients with their personal and commercial insurance needs

Deliver friendly topnotch customer service and support

Process applications policy changes and claims followups

Remarket accounts when necessary and assist with invoicing and billing

Build lasting relationships by providing helpful and knowledgeable service
Requirements

Strong communication and problemsolving skills

Willingness to learn and a positive teamoriented attitude

Experience in banking customer service or related fields is a plus

Ability to work independently without micromanagement
Education/Certification Requirements

Connecticut Property & Casualty license preferred

Open to candidates who are actively working toward licensure

Previous experience in insurance (personal lines commercial lines or both)
