Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual customer advisor (German English) to join our team remotely in Greece. Start date: as soon as possible.
Your role as a bilingual customer advisor:
-
Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
-
Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries questions and feedback in the customer services database
-
Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the companys complaint escalation policy
-
Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately

Troubleshoot using open questions support documents and system training
-
Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
Working hours:
-
Monday to Friday: 10:00 am 6:30 pm (Greek time)
-
Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am 7:30 pm (Greek time)
-
40 hours per week 8 hours per day 5 days a week)
Please note: remote work is allowed only within Greece. You will receive a desktop for work purposes. Travelling or working from outside Greece is not permitted.
Requirements:

High school diploma or higher
-
Native or fluent German speaker
-
Good level of English (C1 minimum)
-
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
-
Customeroriented mindset
