Job Description
Our client a distinguished law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join their highly collaborative and dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled attorney with 5 to 10 years of commercial litigation experience who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is committed to providing exceptional legal service.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding academic credentials superior analytical and writing skills and the ability to independently manage complex litigation matters. A strong commitment to client service and professional excellence is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct indepth legal research and analysis.

Draft highquality pleadings motions memoranda and other litigationrelated documents.

Manage all aspects of the discovery process.

Represent clients in court proceedings including hearings depositions mediations and arbitrations.

Develop and execute litigation strategies with minimal supervision.

Handle complex commercial litigation matters including:

Real estate contract disputes
-
Business litigation
-
Intellectual property disputes
-

Maintain and build strong client relationships delivering practical and strategic legal advice.
Candidate Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

510 years of handson commercial litigation experience.

Exceptional writing research and oral advocacy skills.

Strong organizational and case management skills.

Proven ability to handle complex litigation independently and collaboratively within a team.

High level of professionalism and a clientfirst mindset.
