An established boutique law firm specializing in community association law seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is passionate about litigation and eager to develop expertise in the representation of condominium homeowners and cooperative associations across Florida.
Manage litigation matters.
Represent community associations in a wide range of legal proceedings.
Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff.
Participate actively in ongoing professional development through comprehensive training programs.
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
3 to 5 years of litigation experience preferred.
Prior experience in Community Association Law (CAL) is a plus but not required.
Highly motivated adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience up to $125000.
15 commission on any new business generated.
Yearend holiday bonus and annual salary increases.
Health and dental insurance effective immediately upon hire.
Paid time off: two weeks of vacation and accrual of sick day per month.
Inoffice position with a billing requirement of 100125 hours per month.
