As a Senior Corporate Sales Executive you will play a key leadership role in driving the growth of our fintech solutions by acquiring highvalue corporate clients and building strong strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and leading complex deal negotiations contributing directly to our companys expansion in a competitive market.
Key Accountabilities:
Proactively identify target and secure new corporate clients through strategic prospecting networking referrals and market intelligence.
Conduct advanced market research to map industry trends competitive landscapes and key decisionmakers to drive an informed sales strategy.
Build manage and grow a robust sales pipeline with a focus on longterm client partnerships and highvalue deals.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches product demos and valuebased proposals tailored to corporate clients fintech and regulatory needs.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client pain points compliance requirements and financial objectives offering customized fintech solutions.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product Marketing Risk and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service excellence.
Lead complex contract negotiations pricing discussions and deal structuring to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Provide detailed sales reporting forecasting and strategic insights to senior leadership supporting datadriven decisionmaking.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field; MBA is a plus.
46 years of corporate sales experience preferably within the fintech banking or financial services sectors.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing complex corporate deals.
Strong strategic thinking negotiation communication and relationship management skills.
Deep understanding of financial technologies banking regulations and the corporate client landscape.
Highly organized analytical and goaloriented with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
Knowledge of OKRs pipeline management tools (e.g. Salesforce) and budgeting best practices.
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and strong problemsolving capabilities.
