Role Overview:
As a Reservations Specialist in car rental customer support youll help customers with bookings modifications cancellations and inquiries through phone chat email and social media. Your role will be to ensure a seamless rental experience by providing details on pricing policies and vehicle options while addressing any issues. With comprehensive training youll become part of a dynamic team focused on providing topnotch service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fastpaced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through multiple communication platforms
- Assist customers with booking cars making changes and processing cancellations
- Share detailed information about pricing insurance and rental policies
- Support customers with vehicle pickup dropoff and payment inquiries
- Advise on rental terms locations and available vehicle options
- Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
- Stay informed about company policies promotions and industry trends
- Participate in ongoing training to refine your skills and grow in your career
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
