IT Project Manager 12 Month Contract)
Location: London UK (Hybrid role office presence up to three days per week)
Rate: 450pd500pd (Inside IR35
Duration: 12month initial contract
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of multiple IT projects supporting Commercial and Technical Operations.
- Manage project lifecycles from preproject to sustain phases.
- Ensure readiness of IT systems for commercial launches focusing on timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Independently manage diverse stakeholders across global locations and timezones.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to company standards.
- Conduct project performance management and governance activities.
- Develop resource plans and manage project budgets.
- Handle project change requests risks issues and dependencies.
- Engage with business partners and endusers to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate vendor and delivery partner activities.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and embed project management best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager in a commercial biotech setting.
- Strong track record of delivering complex crossfunctional programs particularly in launching commercial therapies/.
- Experience with global team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
- Experience in the life science industry preferably in a scaleup biotech organization.
- Familiarity with GxP projects and systems.
- Experience with systems delivery is preferred.
- Relevant professional qualification combined with practical experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
