Job Description

Our client a leader in the Crypto trading space is seeking a Quantitative Research Analyst to join them here in Hong Kong and help work on their digital asset strategies. In this role youll have the opportunity to conduct indepth research and perform statistical analyses providing valuable insights into the ever more complex crypto asset market.

As part of the team you will work with large and diverse data sets exploring a diverse data stream to uncover statistical market patterns using python to implement trading models and signals in a simulation environment refining your strategies and predicting market behavior.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mathematics Statistics Physics Computer Science or a related highly quantitative field.
  • Handson programming experience in Python is essential and familiarity with SQL
  • Proficiency in probability and statistics including timeseries analysis and machine learning will enable you to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly and logically will be crucial in collaborating with team members and presenting your findings effectively.
  • Proficiency in creating and employing algorithms to resolve largescale data and errorchecking issues.

Prior experience in cryptocurrencies or Digital assets is not required.
