Job Description

Job brief

Our client is a top tier Prop Trading firm headquartered in Hong Kong with a global presence. They are looking for a skilled C developer to be based in their Hong Kong office working alongside a very high calibre team.

Responsibilities

    Design and implement low latency exchange connectivity and trading algorithms including quoting hedging and arbitrage for listed derivatives and delta one products.
    Collaborate closely with quantitative analysts and traders to define the operational parameters of trading algorithms.
    Develop C applications integral to our core trading infrastructure.
    Conduct thorough testing of code including automated testing and actively engage in code review processes.
    Provide tier 3 technical support.


Requirements

    Minimum of 5 years experience working with global development teams
    Good experience operating C systems in a Linux environment
    Good knowledge with scripting language (e.g. Python)
    Good market knowledge across Asian exchanges
    Good knowledge on networks (TCP/IP) is a plus
    Good knowledge on FIX/Exchange protocol is a plus
    Experience on FPGA development is a plus
