Junior Data Engineer Global Retail
CRM Data Analysis
Role Overview
The Junior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing building and maintaining the data infrastructure to support the analysis and reporting of the companys CRM data. You will work in the CRM and analytics teams to identify data requirements develop efficient data pipelines and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of CRM data for business insights and decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement data pipelines to extract transform and load CRM data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse or data lake
Develop and optimize data models to structure CRM data in a way that enables efficient querying and analysis
Automate data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of CRM data
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their CRM data and analytical requirements
Write complex SQL queries and develop data visualization dashboards to generate insights and reports from CRM data
Assist in the development and maintenance of data documentation including data dictionaries and data lineage
Stay uptodate with the latest data engineering tools technologies and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to the CRM data infrastructure
Participate in crossfunctional projects and contribute to the overall data strategy of the organization
Required Qualifications:
24 years of experience in data engineering data analysis or a related technical role
Strong proficiency in SQL Python and other data engineering tools and frameworks (e.g. Hadoop Spark Airflow)
Understanding of data modeling concepts data warehousing and ETL processes
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and integrating CRM data with other data sources
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and data analysis techniques
Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills with the ability to tackle complex data challenges
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering statistics or a related field
