Job Description
Join our clienta leading cryptocurrency exchange expanding the team to deliver a toptier asset management experience to users. With a focus on user satisfaction the team is responsible for key functionalities of crypto funding movement portfolio management & asset transparency.
Role Overview:
- Product Roadmap Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for onchain deposit and withdrawal processes considering user needs competitive landscape and market trends.
- Industry Insight: Stay updated with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in onchain transaction processes.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct competitor and user research gather feedback and analyze data to identify pain points opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Product Requirements: Define clear product requirements and user stories. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.
- UserCentric Approach: Champion a usercentric approach advocating for intuitive and secure user experiences during the entire deposit and withdrawal journey.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to onchain transactions such as conversion rates and conversion times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science engineering business or a related field.
- Experience in wellknown Internet or cryptocurrency companies
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology cryptocurrency wallets and onchain transactions.
- Indepth knowledge of user experience principles with a history of delivering intuitive products.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven decisionmaking approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of collaborating with crossfunctional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Passion for cryptocurrencies decentralized finance (DeFi) and emerging blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is mandatory.
