Job Description
Our client a global toptier high frequency trading firm is looking for a Junior Trading Analyst to join their team.
Junior Trading Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze realtime market data from various sources to identify trading opportunities
Design and implement trading algorithms and strategies using programming languages such as Python C or Matlab
Backtest and optimize trading strategies using historical market data
Monitor and evaluate the performance of live trading systems
Collaborate with the trading and technology teams to enhance the firms trading infrastructure
Stay uptodate with the latest developments in the financial markets and trading technologies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Finance Mathematics or a related field
Experience in algorithmic trading quantitative finance or a similar role
Proficient in at least one highlevel programming language (e.g. Python C Matlab)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with financial markets trading concepts and risk management principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
