Job Description

The Quant Trading team is responsible for executing trades and managing risks associated with derivative products such as options futures and swaps. The team develops and implement trading strategies to support the quantitative trading team in making informed decisions in fastpaced and complex trading environments.

Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor pnl&risk for HFT and manage trading operations
    • Perform posttrade analysis of strategies and generate new trading ideas
    • Improve existing trading strategies and develop new trading strategies
    • Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement trading strategies or new features

Requirements

    • A masters degree in mathematics statistics engineering computer science or related quantitative analytical field from top universities
    • At least 1 year of trading or internship experience on a trading desk in an investment bank or hedge fund
    • Advanced quantitative analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to deploy those skills under extreme pressure
    • Experienced programming in Python
    • Excellent communication skills and work as a team player
    • Strong selfdiscipline motivation and passion to HFT
