Job Description
As a Junior Systems Engineer you will:
- Provide daytoday technical support to endusers
- Manage organization user accounts network equipment and servers.
- Responsible for hardware and software including but not limited to procurement set up upgrade and maintenance
- Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
- Support in automating workflow by scripting
- Participate in design of IT infrastructure for new business initiatives and assist in adoption of new technology
Skills required:
- A degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Engineering or related discipline
- You have 12 years experience in IT industry fresh graduates are also welcome
- You are passionate about learning new technology
- You ideally have exposure to OS (Windows & Linux) installation configuration troubleshooting network device and hardware
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
