Responsibilities:
Responsible for being the welcoming face of the Parmelia Hilton in the heart of Perths CBD you will deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to every guest every time! As Concierge you will provide information and advice tailored for each guest with your knowledge of Perth and local attractions offer reservation services and oversee the management of guest luggage mail and taxi services. Reporting to the Chief Concierge you will work as part of a team on a rotating shift basis and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment.
About You:
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically be based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
- Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Possess a valid Full Australian Drivers License (dual Manual & Automatic)
- Full availability to work various shifts including mornings evenings and weekendswith immediate start
