Job Description
The Return Cell Associate is responsible for inspecting units to determine reason for failure and to determine if the product can be repaired.
This position will serve our EEMAX Division located in Waterbury CT.
Responsibilities
- Inspect returned units
- Utilize errors code on unit to determine what caused the unit to fail or be defective.
- Reviews test results and makes recommendations on repair maintenance and refinement of equipment.
- Completes repairs as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higherlevel staff.
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
- Requires high school diploma and 02 years of experience.
