Description
Position Summary:
Outstanding opportunity to join areas leading truck dealership. Primary responsibilities include:
- Service customers needs relating to repairs of commercial trucks.
- Experience with computer diagnostics tools
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands of a dealership service dept.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Work in a teamoriented environment.
- Use a wide variety of repair technical manuals/computer programs to access information relative to the assigned duties and apply this information to the service and preventative maintenance functions.
- Maintain professional appearance representing our company.
Qualifications
Requirements:
15 years service / fleet maintenance experience previous truck service skills are preferred but not required.
Able to manage techs in the service department
Provide customer service and longterm relationship building.
Excellent communication skills.
Commercial drivers license or willingness to obtain a CDL is a must.
