The Opportunity
Were looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale our Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams. This executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our training/coaching programs and SaaS platform optimizing customer acquisition retention and lifetime value.
This is an inoffice role based in Brantford ON requiring regular attendance at our office. While our company offers hybrid flexibility for certain roles this position requires an onsite presence most days to support operational needs.
What Youll Do
- Develop & Execute Revenue Strategy: Own and optimize revenue growth across TME and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Sales & Marketing Leadership: Build and lead a highperformance sales team optimize lead generation sales funnels and pricing strategies and drive brand awareness.
- Customer Success & Retention: Oversee onboarding engagement and upsell strategies to maximize retention and revenue expansion.
- DataDriven Growth: Track key revenue KPIs (MRR CAC CLV conversion rates) forecast performance and refine strategies using HubSpot and analytics tools.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Align Sales Marketing and Customer Success with Finance Product and Operations to ensure seamless of growth initiatives.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: 10 years in revenue related roles (e.g. CRO VP of Sales VP of Marketing) with a proven track record of scaling revenue in a SaaS and/or coaching/training environment. Strong experience in highticket sales sales team development and sellbychat strategies.
- CRM & Data Proficiency: Expertise in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) for pipeline management marketing automation and revenue analytics. Skilled in leveraging datadriven insights to optimize performance.
- Leadership & Strategy: Exceptional leadership coaching and teambuilding abilities with a track record of scaling highperforming teams. Strong ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives that align with company objectives.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently at all levels. Proven ability to build relationships negotiate effectively and influence executive decisionmakers.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of membership/subscriptionbased business models and the coaching/training industry. Familiarity with growth strategies retention models and highticket sales dynamics.
- Compliance & Security: Must pass a background check to maintain SOC 2 compliance and uphold company security standards.
