This 1400 room property offers six dining outlets and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities. The ideal candidate for this role would be outgoing have the ability to multitask in a highvolume environment and passion for hospitality!
Shift Pattern: Part Time candidates should be available to work flexibly between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am any day of the week/weekend/holidays as needed
Pay Rate:$19.18 per hour $1 differential for overnight potential for through upselling

What will I be doing
As an Overnight Guest Service Agent you would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to include checking in and checking out guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Welcome checkin and orient arriving guests to the hotel
Checking out guests and processing payments onaccount
Respond to guest inquiries inperson emailand telephone in a timely friendly and efficient manner
Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel including but not limited to directions hours of outlet operation hotel services hotel events and local and community events and attractions
Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
Provide or obtain accurate information
