Currently we are seeking a Digital Media Coordinator in our Seattle office to work as part of our inhouse marketing team to implement maintain and analyze content across digital communications platforms. As a part of the marketing team this role will support communications and business development for Olson Kundig.
Primary Responsibilities:
Social Media- Manage and execute the social media editorial calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create visual content and posts (e.g. posts stories reels etc. for Olson Kundigs social media channels.
- Perform social listening tracking and responses.
- Conduct digital audits provide engagement analytics and recommend strategic tactics based on results.
Website- Maintain and update Olson Kundigs website including project uploads visual and text updates news posts events calendar and staff profiles.
- Implement SEO techniques and analytics to increase website visitors session length and page views.
- Coordinate regular review of web pages designs and features to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor key online metrics to track and report out on trends.
Newsletter- Launch a new email communication platform for regularly scheduled communications in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Act as project manager for the development process for the newsletter.
General Digital Media Communications- Ensure Olson Kundigs brand voice is consistent across all marketing and communications channels and reflects the firms values.
- Support development of communications copy for digital media content.
- Provide analysis on industry best practices and advise on modifications accordingly.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital technologies specifically web and social media platforms and guide staff on best utilization of these platforms.
Education/Skills/Experience:- Bachelors degree in communications graphic design technology marketing or related field.
- 46 years of digital marketing experience working in a professional work environment.
- Experience managing a variety of social media platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO content management systems web/Google analytics and web publishing tools.
- Email marketing and email list management solutions.
- Photo and video creation and editing skills preferred.
- Strong analytical and verbal skills.
- Organized flexible and responsible selfstarter who enjoys a dynamic team atmosphere and is able to work with and take direction from multiple levels of professional staff with differing professional styles.
- Ability to multitask in a deadlinedriven atmosphere without loss in quality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Photoshop and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.

As a firm we are committed to pay practices that are fair competitive and reflect internal pay equity. At the time of posting this job the hiring range for this position in Seattle is between $80000 and $85000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidates education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
