Job Summary/Description:

Our current MSM has been promoted within the company and now were looking for our next leader to join our team and coach our Media Executives towards success. The MSM is a pivotal position on our team and the right candidate must be engaged and strategic with an ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with the team in a highperforming fun and successful environment. Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and lead team by participating in client meetings reviewing client presentations building relationships and being active in the community
Drive profitable growth through management & oversight of the utilization of digital products as well as ad inventory across core site and audience extension networks
Ensure team understands and utilizes Digital & Broadcast tools & resources to ensure effective Marketing campaigns
Work alongside current leadership in cultivating & promoting a positive successful culture
Remain current on industry trends in the everchanging digital space
Review and approve new insertion orders in WO Traffic
Work with the Digital Sales Assistant to help provide support for the sales team and to ensure client goals are met
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have proven successful experience in Digital & Broadcast sales
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet committed to a positive team environment
Strong organizational prioritizing & leadership skills within a fastpaced environment
Able to manage decisionmaking process quickly accurately and calmly adapting quickly to changing priorities
Ideal candidate will have 3 years work experience in digital & broadcast media including sales management
