Are you passionate about making a difference in childrens health We are now recruiting for a parttime (four days per week) permanent Gift in Wills and Estates Coordinator.
Who we are
Founded in 1989 the Royal Childrens Hospital (RCH) Foundation is the fundraising arm of the Royal Childrens Hospital one of the worlds leading childrens hospitals. The RCH Foundation has the vital role of raising and distributing donated funds to the hospital enabling the very best patient and family care and support and saving and improving the lives of our sickest children. While a legally separate organisation the RCH Foundation works closely with the RCH in achieving its vision.
The Role
The RCH Foundation Gift in Will (GIW) program aims to promote and solicit Gift in Wills to our donors and the wider community and effectively steward already committed donors. The program generates significant income for the RCH Foundation and is a focus of the current strategic plan and growth agenda. The Gift in Wills Coordinator is responsible for soliciting and stewarding Gift in Wills donors and prospects providing both highest levels of donor care and administration support for estates. The role will contribute to and assist in the implementation of the GIW strategy manage a portfolio of donors seek out opportunities with Philanthropy team to comanage and steward major donors/confirmed GIW donors assist to coordinate key stewardship activities and events and provide administration support in the management of Estates and endowments.
