Shifts Hours:we have shifts from 9 am to 7 pm
Requirements:Experienced & Licensed Agents: Must hold a 215 or 240 health insurance license (resident state only). Must be able to enroll 1o members per day Inbound Volume will be there Health Insurance Expertise: Prior experience in ACA sales is a plus but were looking for agents who are ready to hit the ground running in this space. Closers Only: We need top sales professionals who excel at closing deals not just enrolling clients. TechSavvy: Must be comfortable navigating CRMs and platforms like HealthSherpa with ease to streamline the sales process. Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail is critical for success. Strong Communication: Must be friendly reliable and able to effectively communicate with clients. Drive & Motivation: Must be selfdriven competitive and thrive in a fastpaced environment. Reliable: Must have an active drivers license and reliable transportation. GoalOriented: Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team success
Number of required Licensed States(If health):Will consider just Florida HOWEVER must be exceptional.

Base or Draw:$800/week draw
Commission and bonus structure:$2040 per ACA Enrollment/ 100%of 1st months commission for ancillaries Agents should make a minimum of $1250 per week (or they shouldnt be here)
Marketing:All leads are sourced through direct sales via door to door team or NON INCENTIVIZED digital marketing
