$3000 Sign On Bonus

Advocates is seeking a collaborative teamoriented individual to join our diverse Trauma Informed Team. As of July 1 2025 this location will be an Urgent Care Center and will provide urgent behavioral health access for children adolescents and adults seeking outpatient counseling. We are looking for candidates who welcome a creative and collaborative team atmosphere to meet the needs of individuals in the standards that represent the Advocates Way. If hired prior to July 1st the starting rate will be $64160 with an increase to $68000 (for MondayFriday) and 73160 (for those who work two evenings or a weekend shift) as of July 1st. Minimum Education Required
Responsibilities
- Promote a balanced healthy safe and open environment for clients.
- Provide evaluations for children adolescents adults and families
- Provide individual and family treatment to children adolescents adults and families.
- Coordinate collaboration and contact with clients families and other external stakeholders as appropriate.
- Provide outreach services including those from schools and social service agencies to clients as needed.
- Coordinate collaboration and contact with clients families as appropriate.
- Advocate for clients needs within the program as well as with external agencies.
- Value collaboration and team based care.
- Being open and willing to expand knowledge.
- Maintain up to date client records including written evaluations treatment plans quarterly reviews termination summaries and progress notes.
- Attend and actively participate in supervision and staff meetings.
- Ensure that clients are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates Human Rights Policy.
- Perform all duties in accordance with the agencys policies and procedures.
- Utilize a private space and ensure the environment is safe professional and always offers confidentiality
Qualifications
- MSW degree or MA in related field from an accredited college/university and one year of experience working within an outpatient setting.
- Bilingual in one or more languages needed in communities served
- Must hold a valid drivers license and access to an operational and insured vehicle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill including documentation abilities.
- Intuitive clientcentered supportive approach.
- Ability to thrive in an independent role while offering and receiving team support.
- Demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
