Health Insurance Sales Representative
Pompano Beach FL (Exact location details provided upon application)
Shift Hours: MTH 9:30 AM 7:00 PM Friday 9:30 AM 6 PM Saturday (suggested) 11AM 3 PM
Worxweb Solutions a premier recruitment agency is seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the role of Health Insurance Sales Representative on behalf of our client. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with telemarketing experience who are looking to excel in the health insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to sell health insurance products.
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to generate leads and close sales.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fastpaced environment.
- Ensure timely attendance and commitment to shift hours.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing is a plus.
- Must be available to work scheduled shift hours.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Draw: $450 per week (versus commission).
- Commission: 45 of all products sold.
- Bonus Structure: Performancebased incentives.
- Additional Perks: Paid lunch breaks.
