Machine Operator
Location: Wokingham
Salary: 12.50 13 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are seeking Machine Operators to join a fastgrowing medical manufacturing company based in Wokingham. Youll be part of a dynamic supportive team playing a crucial role in the production of medicalgrade components.
Key Responsibilities What Youll Be Doing:
Operating SemiAutomated Machinery Loading components running the machine and ensuring smooth production (Full training provided).
Quality Control & Inspection Checking components and subassemblies to meet strict ISO & medical standards.
Basic Plastic Assembly Handling lightweight components and ensuring precision in assembly.
Chemical Weighing & Handling Measuring chemicals accurately as part of the production process (Safety training provided).
Maintaining Production Standards Ensuring compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Is This You
Handson Approach: Enjoys working with machinery and assembly tasks.
Attention to Detail: Able to follow work instructions and quality standards precisely.
Eager to Learn: No previous experience required just a positive attitude and willingness to train.
Reliable & Punctual: A dependable team player who takes pride in their work.
Driving License Preferred: Not essential but beneficial for commuting to site.
