We are so pleased to continue collaborating with a wonderful group of gastropubs and restaurants. One of their luxurious establishments a premium steakhouse set in a charming area of Bristol is looking for a talented Head Chef to lead their talented kitchen brigade of 6 to success.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Head Chef
- 40000 per annum plus 15000 service charge
- Full healthcare
- Uniform/whites provided
- Leading a talented team of 6 chefs
- Cooking with the best local prime cuts and fresh produce
Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Creating a variety of stunning dishes using the finest local prime cuts
- Making the most of the kitchens access to fresh locally sourced ingredients
- Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
- Leading motivating and managing the kitchen brigade of 6
This Head Chef role presents an exciting opportunity to elevate your kitchen management skills with the support of a great team. Youll also have the chance to create a variety of innovative dishes using the finest local prime cuts and fresh produce.
