Pay Details.
14.00 per hour Based on a 25 Hour week your weekly pay will be 350.00
14.00 per hour Based on a 50 Hours per 2 weeks for option 2 700.00
Pay is Monthly

The Role
Good IT Skills and Communication are required for this position
Be the main greeting and information point for staff and visitors
Be the first and main point of security for the building and grounds.
Be a first responder in case of any incidents.
Take control of the building and carry out the correct actions in the event of an emergency.
Reception duties which include answering the phone greeting visitors visitor sign in system
Receiving and logging post and deliveries to site
Lost and Found Property
First Aid trained
Overseeing access on site and maintaining access card / fobs
Assisting Facilities Manager with PPM
Unlock / Lock of building if timings worked
Assist and promote sustainability with the building

Job requirements
This is a licensed role so applicants must have a valid SIA licence. Applicants without such a licence will be automatically rejected.
Concierge Experience is required for this role.
Must have excellent IT Skills and be a good communicator
