The Guided Advisory Senior Director Wealth Management role is responsible for leading and supervising a team of professional level Wealth Advisors who are responsible for delivering advice through virtual interactions for new entrants to engaged participants with varying needs and complexities on the complete spectrum of the organizations products and services. This leader has oversight responsibility for associates that are both brokerdealer and registered investment advisor (RIA) licensed. As a part of the organizations wealth distribution business this job covers institutions aligned to regional structures and develops strategies and services for offering financial planning services and advice to help all participants accomplish their immediate and longterm financial goals. This job is responsible for establishing a collaborative team culture setting goals and objectives for the team to achieve operational results along with providing the team with resources for cross training in areas such as retention asset growth delivering & implementing advice and client experience.

Anticipated Posting End Date:
Base Pay Range: $127100/yr. $208000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location. In addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs nonannual sales incentive plans or other nonannual incentive plans).
