About You
You will lead a team of Specialists engineers in Backend Frontend and Machine Learning.
Youll be collaborating directly with the AI Department of a multinational company in the Customer Experience industry. We partner with companies such as Axa Foundever and Apple.
About your daytoday
Contribute to the development of AI products in the Customer Experience (CX) field.
You will work closely with Machine Learning Engineers Product Managers and backends Developers to design build and maintain scalable backend systems.
Ensuring performance reliability and seamless integration of backend services with machine learning models and userfacing applications
You will be building cloudnative software using your knowledge of stateoftheart AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

Job requirements
7 years of Software Development experience at least 2 years leading a team.
Experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience with modern CI/CD practices and tools (e.g. GitLab CI ArgoCD).
Highly experienced with AWS infrastructure
Proven ability to write reliable maintainable and welltested code with a focus on automation and quality assurance.
Proficient with Python and knowledgeable with frontend languages and frameworks like Typescript and React
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
You possess a strong understanding of software design encompassing SOLID principles DomainDriven Design (DDD) and EventDriven Architecture (EDA).
Additionally you are versed in the fundamental principles of security logging monitoring and providing support for projects in a production environment.
