The Opportunity:
ISR are delighted to be supporting a key client as they continue their digital transformation journey and were looking for an experienced Geospatial Analyst to join the team on a 6month contract basis.
As a Geospatial Analyst you will be instrumental in analysing managing and visualising complex geospatial datasets to support strategic decisionmaking across a range of initiatives.
You will be consulting on a meaningful highimpact programme with a collaborative and forwardthinking team to deliver a number of key projects on behalf of highprofile central government department.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient with GIS tools such as ArcGIS QGIS FM and Python for geospatial analysis
- Experience working with spatial databases and APIs (e.g. PostGIS GeoJSON WMS/WFS)
- Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collect clean process and analyse geospatial data from multiple sources
- Build meaningful visualisations dashboards and maps to convey insights
- Support crossfunctional teams with spatial analysis and geospatial data interpretation
- Ensure geospatial data accuracy consistency and compliance with data standards
- Contribute to the development of geospatial models and automated workflows
Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to pass Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks
