We are delighted to continue collaborating with a luxury hotel set on the beautiful coastline of Dorset. Part of a wonderful hotel group that takes pride in welcoming families with open arms they are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen brigade.

- per annum DOE plus circa 3000 in service charge
- Accommodation available on site own bathroom shared kitchen 303 per month

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef
- Letting your creative juices flow as you develop highquality recipes for the hotels seasonal menu.
- Showcasing your excellent kitchen management skills as you oversee the daytoday kitchen operations.
- Supporting the Head Chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team by building their knowledge through training and creating a positive working environment.
- Assisting the Head Chef in organising and implementing seasonal popups.
- Going above and beyond to ensure high standards of food quality presentation and consistency.
