ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivatedBusiness Development Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in the field of business development within a fastpaced and collaborative environment. As a BDR you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Assist in the generation of highquality leads through various channels including cold calling (primarily) social media (LinkedIn) outreach andemail followups.
Prospecting: Identify key decisionmakers within your given target accounts and initiate outreach to schedule demos of our solution.
Communication: Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects and articulate how our solutions address their specific needs.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of contacts interactions and deals createdin the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with your Account Executive/s and directly with our CoFounder on client meetings and any necessary followups until the deal is closed.

Qualifications:
Native or very strong English additional languages are a plus.

Prior experience with cold calling.
