Nursery Room Leader
Salary: From 29500
Hours: 45 hours per week
Are you an experienced early years professional ready to take on a leadership role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our clients inclusive and vibrant nursery team. Youll play a key role in providing highquality care and education while creating a safe nurturing and inspiring environment for the children in your care.
What Were Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader with strong leadership and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and a genuine passion for supporting childrens development

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daytoday running of your room ensuring engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
- Mentor and support your team of practitioners fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers promoting open and effective communication
- Uphold all safeguarding health & safety and nursery policies and procedures
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the nursery through active participation in meetings and training
