The Facilities Technician reports to the Operations Officer and is responsible for ensuring that YWCA Daytons facilities are well maintained allowing us to meet our standards of excellence. This person supports the vision mission and values of YWCA Dayton.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete work orders as assigned using electronic work order system.
Follow preventative maintenance plan.
Assist with moving loading unloading and storing supplies furniture and equipment.
Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs including plumbing fixtures drains HVAC filters carpentry plugs/switches locksmith drywall/finishing and painting.
Set up event and meeting spaces when scheduled and assist with space allocation plans.
Maintain operational functionality of doors and windows.
Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment making recommendations for new purchases when applicable.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Automatic enrollment in the YWCA National Retirement Fund upon completion of two years of employment 1000 hours or more worked per year). Employer contributes 7.5 and YWCA USA contributes 3 to contribute a total of 10.5 of gross pay
