Our client one of Australias most successful Property and Development companies has been a success story for over 20 years. Their QLD operation develops and builds luxury apartments and with record sales they are going from strength to strength. They have secured some impressive sites in the centre of Brisbane which is a key part of their growth strategy in QLD.
The Role
Due to this continued success and in line with the new land acquisitions they are looking to bring on an experienced Construction Cadet.
This rare opportunity will provide on the job learning in support of your academics. Unlike a traditional Construction Cadetship you will be exposed to Development PreConstruction and Construction Delivery.
About You.
The ideal candidate will either be currently studying or will have recently completed their Bachelors in Construction Management or Civil/ Structural Engineering and will have 1 to 2 years experience working for a Tier 2 commercial principal contractor or builder developer in Brisbane.
You will have a strong technical building understanding at an academic level and be on your way to becoming a wellrounded professional. This role will suit someone with interest in building and property development.
The Benefit
This is a fulltime role with a generous fulltime salary. You will be given time to attend contact hours and if you continue to pass your subjects you will have the rest of your Uni paid for. The expectation is that the hours are made up on a weekly basis.
