As a passionate and proactiveSenior People Operations Specialist youlljoin our team as our first dedicated colleague for all hard HR tasks. In this role youll combine operational work with strategic projects. Youll be in the drivers seat to shape the foundations of our HR vision contributing directly to the foundation of a strong HR of the key responsibilities:
1. Operational HR:
Handle payroll for multiple countriesand ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries and benefits.
Manage employee contracts onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations acting as the first point of contact for all Peoplerelated queries.
Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers by handling questions related to policies and processes; handle sensitive employee information with discretion
2. Strategic HR:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values.
Build scalable frameworks for compensation retention and performance management.
Partner with managers on opportunities to improve the employee experience and overall efficiency across the company
3. Culture & Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment by championing company culture and core values.
Design and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees offering guidance on peoplerelated topics.
4. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
Lead peoplerelated projects such as implementing a new HRIS salary benchmarksoptimizing workflows or introducing best practices.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on HR trends and innovations to keep our practices modern and competitive.

Job requirements
You have at least 5years asan HR Specialist Payroll Specialistor in a similar role with exposure to international HR administration preferably in a SaaS/Tech company or in a fastpaced environment;
Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law payroll systems and compliance regulations along with experience managing payroll across multiple countries;
Quick to grasp new concepts adapt to change and implement improvements in a dynamic environment;
Detailoriented highly organized and capable of working independently to meet deadlines;
Energized byfostering a positive employee experience and culturebuilding;
Passionate about being a builder thrive with autonomy and love bringing ideas to life. Setting up processesgives you energy and youre excited to be part of a fastgrowing startup.
Youre fluent in English and Dutchboth spoken and written. If you also have a good command of French thats a bonus!
