Job Summary
The Director of Special Projects will drive Vistras nuclear growth initiatives through strategic project management and growth projects. This role requires an experienced project management leader to execute complex nuclear projects including uprates new construction and behindthemeter innovations.

Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Lead strategic nuclear projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with budget schedule and quality requirements
- Define project scope deliverables and success metrics in partnership with key stakeholders and executive leadership
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation while maintaining rigorous cost controls and performance standards
- Drive crossfunctional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions for capacity expansion and operational efficiency
- Develop comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure project success and regulatory compliance
- Implement bestinclass project management methodologies to optimize and team performance
- Provide executivelevel reporting on project status milestones and strategic outcomes
Education Experience & Skill Requirements
- 10 years related experience including nuclear and commercial construction project management engineering outsourcing contract management finance nuclear operations and business strategy.
- Nuclear construction experience 5 years working with projects or uprates recommended
- Commercial construction experience (e.g. commercial buildings on nuclear sites) recommended
- Finance or Project Controls experienced recommended
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (required)
- Senior Reactor Operator License or Certification recommended
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
- Significant travel required

- Quality Assurance: Deliver nuclear projects meeting/exceeding industry benchmarks using advanced tools.

- Cost Management: Maintain 95 budget adherence; minimize overruns with realtime tracking and forecasting.
