Job Description

Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) for Amazon Bedrock In this role you will be responsible for defining building and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon Bedrock across industry verticals. You will engage with product managers to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing Amazon Bedrock along with other AWS Services. Amazon Bedrock hosts a number of foundation models you will be working directly with the model providers around developing jointGTM plans jointcustomer engagements external/internal evangelism and developing demos and proofofconcepts using Amazon Bedrock.

Key job responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to define gotomarket (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock and lead crossfunctional initiatives to expand existing markets develop scalable programs to drive adoption and identify new opportunities. This involves activities including market sizing working with your counterparts from across the globe to build an opportunity pipeline working with customers to understand technical requirements for proofofconcepts creating content to train the field teams driving industry thoughtleadership working with product teams to define new features and identifying partners.

As the ideal candidate you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with customers from various segments from startups to multinational enterprises. You have domain expertise in Generative AI and key ML powered use cases. You have the technical depth to articulate the benefits of Amazon Bedrock and other GenAI related services and solutions to data scientists and CLevel executives. In addition you have a good understanding of the GenAI market trends ecosystem opportunities and are passionate about market development and evangelism. You will need to be adept at interacting communicating and partnering with teams within AWS (product solutions architecture sales marketing and professional services) and externally with customers and model providers.

You will drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling adoption of Amazon Bedrock interact with customers directly to understand their business problems and work with and model providers and our solutions architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI solutions to solve them. You will also work closely with account teams and product teams to unblock and drive production implementations.


A day in the life
You will need to be adept at interacting communicating and partnering with other teams within AWS such as services teams field solutions architecture sales marketing as well as representing your team to executive management. You should be passionate about helping companies/partners understand best practices for operating on AWS. You will also look for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a set of customers that can help accelerate innovation.

5 years of professional or military experience
Bachelors degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
3 years of experience in SaaS and cloud solution sales.

Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience identifying negotiating and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
