The Senior Vice President Sales and Enterprise Growth will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Sales organization to drive revenue growth across North America. In addition they will collaborate with UK leadership to extend best practices to UK and align global sales strategies. This individual will oversee the development and of the companys sales strategy for all products and services with a focus on scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The SVP will be tasked with shaping the companys longterm sales vision forecasting global sales volumes and driving sustained growth. They will play a critical role in building and nurturing strategic relationships with Fortunecompanies as well as highgrowth emerging startups helping position the company as a partner of choice for organizations at every stage of growth.

What Youll Do:

Sales Strategy &

  • Own and execute globalinsideand outside sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and drive a highperformance sales culture that targets and acquires new customers while scaling revenue.
  • Align the sales organizations objectives with company strategy to enhance business performance profitability and customer success.
  • Work in a datadriven environment utilizing analytics to inform decisions measure success and refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitor products marketing programs and industry trends to adapt and refine sales approaches accordingly.
  • Conduct structured win/loss analysis to continuously refine sales strategy
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in sales cycle to accelerate deal closure

Leadership & Team Development

  • Hire develop mentor and retain a highperforming ethical sales team committed to accountability diversity inclusivity and strong employee engagement.
  • Build a longterm training strategy to upskill all members of the sales team ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
  • Lead by example actively participating in client and prospect meetings to drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales velocity.
  • Provide strong leadership including onetoone and team coaching as well as handson support to BDMs in lead generation strategies sales presentations opportunity development and closing.
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations for sales activities pipeline development and revenue targets while maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Participate in BDMs presentations conferences and client engagements where appropriate.
  • Lead and oversee the BDM RFP/proposal process ensuring compelling and competitive proposals that showcase our strengths.
  • Develop Scalable Sales and Growth Playbooks standardizing best practices for new business development and acquisition.

Collaboration & CrossFunctional Alignment

  • Partner with senior leadership to execute growth strategies and optimize team development.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing to mine client metrics leverage success stories and refine our differentiated value proposition and marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop insightsdriven campaigns targeting new client acquisition and expansion opportunities.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Own and manage the global sales budget ensuring financial discipline and ROIdriven decisionmaking.
  • Monitor and improve BDM productivity through key performance metrics and structured performance reviews.
  • Lead and coordinate weekly pipeline and forecast review meetings ensuring alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead presentation on Sales Progress to Executive and Board
  • Oversee sales reporting sales work instructions (WI) and audit process management.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of sales tools CRM systems and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion the companys core values and initiatives to motivate and engage the sales team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities trends and competitive insights.
  • Ensure all sales administrative tasks tools management and strategic decisionmaking align with leadership goals.
  • Explore AI/Sales tools to support sales process from predicting customer needs personalized outreach and to optimize outreach strategies
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education

College Diploma or University Degree (Business or Technical preferred)

Experience

10 years sales experience in a BPO or Technology industry
Knowledge of the customer care industry and the role of BPO Companies (including Machine Learning Data Analytics)

There are no personal certification licensing or registration requirements for this job
Must have a valid Passport and Drivers License as travel may be required
