As a Tapcart Solutions and Services Engineer you will collaborate with our client success and engineering teams to develop Custom Blocks efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in building Custom Blocks and React web apps for existing and prospective clients ensuring a seamless user journey and enhancing the overall mobile app experience.
Providing Technical Support: Assist clients in building and customizing their mobile apps using the Tapcart platform. Troubleshoot issues related to Custom Blocks and provide prompt effective technical support. Utilize problemsolving skills and platform knowledge to resolve client issues quickly ensuring a smooth development process.
Understanding Client Needs for Custom Blocks:
Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and specifications including design.
Provide expert guidance on building and customizing Custom Blocks within the Tapcart platform.
Communicate with clients to align their app vision with Tapcarts capabilities.
Building and Customizing Custom Blocks:
Develop and customize Custom Blocks and apps to meet clientspecific requirements.
Enhance app features and user experience through customized functionality.
Develop and train internal and external partner engineers on best practices to deliver clean code for merchants.
Collaborating with Engineering Team:
Collaborate with Tapcarts engineering team to ensure seamless development and delivery of Custom Blocks.
Identify and report bugs or issues related to Custom Blocks.
Contribute to effective solutions and work alongside the engineering team to implement fixes and improvements to the Developer Tools platform.
Staying Updated on Mobile App Development and Custom Blocks:
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development and Custom Blocks and apps.
Continuously expand knowledge through research conferences and engagement with the developer community.
Provide the best possible support and guidance to Tapcarts clients ensuring their apps remain cuttingedge and competitive.
Aligning with Merchants and Partners:
Engage with merchants and partners who use Tapcarts Developer Tools.
Build strong relationships and open communication with stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement of Tapcarts platform and services.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of frontend web development within the ecommerce space with 35 years of experience.
Must have: extensive experience with React Hooks TypeScript HTML JavaScript CSS REST APIsNice to have: proficiency in GraphQL Shopify Storefront/Admin API frameworks.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to provide effective technical communication and client management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and other interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
SALARY RANGE: $120000$140000
This position is not eligible for visa transfer or sponsorship.
