Position: Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer Salary: 40000 negotiable (overtime available) Location: Mobile based in Peterborough & Surrounding Areas Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
About the Role: Recruit Mint is hiring for a leading facilities maintenance client. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance for schools factories and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance per schedules and industry standards.
Identify and report defects to site representative and Line Manager.
Provide parts lists and time estimates for remedial work.
Complete Risk Assessments and ensure a Safe & Healthy working environment.
Person Specification:
HVAC building services knowledge is an advantage.
Physically fit to carry tools and components up to 20kg.
Able to use vertical access equipment.
Able to understand building operations and services.
Qualifications:
GAS SAFE Commercial Qualifications (required)
OFTEC Qualifications (desirable)
Mechanical qualifications
IPAF and PASMA qualifications (desirable)
