Job Description
School DT Technician
19.5 hours per week (Wednesday Friday). Term Time plus 5 days.
Grade 3 (SCP 5 6. Actual salary isper annum.
To start as soon as possible
Outwood Academy Brumby is proud it is rated Good by Ofsted. We are based in the friendly North Lincolnshire town of Scunthorpe with easy access to stunning countryside. The Academy became part of the Outwood Family of Schools in 2012 and has been transformed beyond recognition having formerly been in Special Measures.
We are seeking to appoint an energetic enthusiastic and inspirational DT Technician with a strong commitment to working with young people in an educational setting. As a DT Technician you will support the Creative Arts department in the preparation for lessons and assist with practical lessons when required. To assist teachers and support learning you will be required to work with small groups of students. You will also be highly organised and be able to manage your time effectively. Full training and support will be given to the right candidate.
