Your Role:
- Source recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including market research data sourcing tools referrals networking
- Call and interview prospective candidates
- Conduct a preliminary assessment of the candidates skills abilities experience and willingness to make a career change.
- Identifying the key decision makers at organizations and coordinate phone conversations and zoom conversations
- Maintain accurate records of connections and scheduled appointments.
- Continuous database management (adding companies updating profiles scrubbing data etc.
- Share track and monitor search and marketing email campaigns
Qualifications and skills:
- 1 years of Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
- Desire to relentlessly prospect for new business you love the hunt
- A positive attitude people skills and a passion for engaging people in conversation
- Experience using Outlook LinkedIn PCR Excel Sheets/Google Docs Microsoft Office etc.
- Comfortable communicating with senior mid and junior level executives
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Military background welcome
