Your Role:

  • Source recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including market research data sourcing tools referrals networking
  • Call and interview prospective candidates
  • Conduct a preliminary assessment of the candidates skills abilities experience and willingness to make a career change.
  • Identifying the key decision makers at organizations and coordinate phone conversations and zoom conversations
  • Maintain accurate records of connections and scheduled appointments.
  • Continuous database management (adding companies updating profiles scrubbing data etc.
  • Share track and monitor search and marketing email campaigns


Qualifications and skills:

  • 1 years of Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Desire to relentlessly prospect for new business you love the hunt
  • A positive attitude people skills and a passion for engaging people in conversation
  • Experience using Outlook LinkedIn PCR Excel Sheets/Google Docs Microsoft Office etc.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior mid and junior level executives
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Military background welcome
