Fabrication Supervisor Structural Steel Day Shift
Im looking for a skilled Fabrication Supervisor or an experienced Plater Welder Supervisor to lead a busy team in a structural steel manufacturing environment. If youve got a solid background in fabrication and a natural ability to support and motivate others this is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a permanent day shift with real prospects.

Permanent day shift Monday to Thursday 7:00am 4:45pm
Excellent hourly rate 19.86/hour 38211 basic) overtime up to 39.72/hour

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Platers and Welders on structural steelwork projects
Manage daily workflow materials and productivity across your team
Carry out risk assessments and maintain high standards of health & safety
Mentor apprentices and less experienced team members
Communicate with production and site management teams to meet targets
Keep accurate records and ensure full compliance with procedures and permits
The ideal candidate
Strong background in structural or heavy steel fabrication
Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader on the shop floor
Confident interpreting drawings and technical documents
Supportive and calm leadership style with excellent communication skills
Willing to be flexible with overtime when required
