About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider in the Medicare health insurance sector delivering exceptional service and compliant solutions to ensure individuals receive the healthcare coverage they deserve. They are committed to maintaining high performance and fostering professional growth within their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a retention rate of 70 or higher to minimize chargebacks.
- Achieve a compliance score of 90 or above to stay in good standing.
- Log in daily to TLD and Time Doctor systems to track productivity and performance.
- Monitor and improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) metrics with weekly reviews and coaching as needed.
- Adapt to seasonal compensation adjustments based on enrollment periods including Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) Open Enrollment Period (OEP) and Special Enrollment Period (SEP).
Requirements
- Active health insurance license and Medicare plan sales experience preferred.
- A home workspace with a reliable personal computer (not Chromebook/netbook) headset and internet connection of at least 100 Mbps.
- Ability to meet daily production goals including two sales per day and maintain metrics like CPA under $150 and compliance of 90.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a commitment to providing highquality service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $20 per hour or commissions (whichever is higher).
- Commission Structure:
- Medicare Sales: $80$100 per submitted policy based on tiered weekly performance.
- Ancillary Sales: $15 per dental policy and $5 per vision policy submitted.
- Bonuses:
- $250 stipend upon completing six months.
- $250 monthly health stipend (paid weekly) for those working 30 hours or achieving 30 sales per week.
- Weekly pay schedule (two weeks in arrears).
