Your Game Plan: As Director of Operations your mission is to ensure every corner of the club operates at the highest standardsafe clean efficient and ready to support everything from earlymorning workouts to community events. Youll oversee the full scope of facilities engineering and hospitality operations and lead a team that takes pride in their work and understands the direct connection between behindthescenes excellence and the overall member experience.

Youll work closely with all departments to align operations with programming needs and ensure seamless service across the club. Youll lead with presence and purpose listen actively respond with urgency and bring forward both immediate solutions and longterm strategy. Whether managing a fiveyear capital plan or solving a maintenance issue on the fly your leadership will shape the environment our members and team members call home.
Your Role on the Team:
Oversee all daily facilities engineering and hospitality operations at the club
Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans inspections and compliance systems
Lead a strong serviceminded team setting expectations and creating clear systems for success
Partner with other department leaders to ensure building readiness for programs events and peak times
Plan and execute shortterm fixes and longterm capital improvement projects
Manage budgets vendors and timelines with precision and accountability
Stay proactivespot issues before they become problems and keep everything moving forward

Compensation & Perks: We offer a salary range of $75000$110000 based on experience with the opportunity to earn quarterly performance bonuses plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
