Our client is a brand new Mediterranean Restaurant which recently opened in central London. Serving up to 120 covers per service who is looking for a Sous Chef with a passion for running the pass and creating seriously tasty innovative dishes.
You must have worked within premium restaurants previously to a high level.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Sous Chef
- Up to 47000 salary on 48hour contract
- 4 days on 3 days off

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
- Running the pass
- Overseeing junior chefs reporting into the exceptional Head Chef
- Cooking to an extremely high level whilst overseeing all the MEP
- Ensuring a seamless service of up to 120 covers on a busy service
- You will have experience as a Sous Chef within a top class restaurant
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Sous Chef to further progress in your culinary career as you will be working alongside a talented Head Chef and kitchen brigade who are willing to share their culinary knowledge and expertise. Not to mention the training and progression opportunities!
