Elizabeth Michael is recruiting for a Leading UK Insurance provider for full time permanentREMOTEworkingOutbound Salesrepresentatives. You will need a minimum of12 months consecutive sales experience (not retail)and be rewarded with a highly competitiveOTE of 30200 per annum.
- 23000 per annum average OTE 7200 per annum
- Equipment will be provided; you just need a reliable internet connection!
- Location: Fully REMOTE. NO COMMUTING. *Offices based in Nottingham*
- 37.5 hours per week on a fixed shift patternMonday Thursday 10.30am 7pm & Friday 9.00am 5.30pm

The role youll do:
- As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy Outbound department youll get in touch with customers to make sure their appliances are protected. Daytoday youll:
- Outbound call to a variety of people which will include existing & lapsed customers toupsell insurance products
- Provide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer.
- Build rapport with customers get to know their individual needs and put their interests first.
The experience and skills you need:
- A solid background intargeted sales 12 months minimum in a role within the last 3 years
- A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets
- Proven experience of working autonomously or in a homebased position
- Great communication skills youre at ease building rapport listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
- Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly
