Job Title: Commis Chef
Location: UK Michelin Pub
Salary: 11.50 per hour 50 hours per week plus approx. 1000 tronc annually

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Commis Chef you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and gain valuable experience in a highquality fastpaced environment. You will support the kitchen brigade in preparing and delivering dishes to the highest standard contributing to the continued success of The Hinds Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the head chefs instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure all food is stored and prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Participate in the creation and development of new dishes.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the senior chefs.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
